PRODUCT CARE
When completed, it gets a protective coating with a fixative, that prevents dust inlays and moisture. Frame not included but recommended for displaying. When changing frames, please handle with care, avoid touching surface with bare hands. Keep out of direct sunlight, as UV rays can cause colours to fade.
50% of payment is due in advance and is non-refundable with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
I will stay in touch with you throughout the development of the artwork to discuss progress and possibly ask for more (detailed) information regarding your order.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer full refunds for private commissions due to the bespoke process.
If for some reason you don't like the final artwork, I will have to keep it with no refund of the prepayment.
However I can guarantee that I will complete the assignment to the highest standard, so that you could enjoy your unique artwork with no regrets.
The shipping price depends on a size of an artwork and whether it is framed or unframed. I will calculate the price for you upon discussing the size of your Portrait and whether you want it framed or not framed.
