PRODUCT CARE
When completed, it gets a protective coating with a fixative, that prevents dust inlays and moisture. Frame not included but recommended for displaying. When changing frames, please handle with care, avoid touching surface with bare hands. Keep out of direct sunlight, as UV rays can cause colours to fade.
Custom size Portrait
50% of payment is due in advance and is non-refundable with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
I will stay in touch with you throughout the development of the artwork to discuss progress and possibly ask for more (detailed) information regarding your order.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds/returns for private commissions due to the bespoke process.

The shipping price depends on a size of an artwork and whether it is framed or unframed. I will calculate the price for you upon discussing the size of your Portrait and whether you want it framed or not framed. Delivery is possible via Royal Mail or DPD
If you live in the BR5 area, I can offer delivery in person.
